The TM Group Moves Corporate Headquarters to Farmington Hills Corporate Campus and Celebrates 29th Year of Success and Innovation

The TM Group recently moved to a new location bringing all their East Michigan employees into one consolidated suite, giving them growth and enabling them to better serve their clients. Designed to foster inter-team collaboration and increase productivity, the new headquarters incorporates The TM Group’s executive management, sales and marketing, client support services, consulting and development.  Having been headquartered in Farmington Hills for 25 years in two previous locations, the new 6,700 square feet suite at the Farmington Hills Corporate Campus is located at the southeast corner of 12 Mile and Halsted Roads.  The TM Group has been a leading provider of Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM solutions and services since 1984.

The TM Group equipped their first floor suite with new work centers, furniture and a state-of-the-art VOIP communications and conferencing solution. “This move fosters collaboration and boosts productivity for the entire team which was split into two separate suites at our prior location,” stated Ken Jacobsen, Director of Sales and Marketing.  “Thanks to our new communication system and consolidated and enhanced server control room, we will be able to continue our growth while reducing our costs.” The new office includes a reception area, sixteen offices, four conference and meeting rooms, a training room, a library, a media room, and a large contemporary kitchen. Additionally, they created a “refresh room” including such amenities as a large screen television, stereo, blue-ray player, Xbox, refrigerator, reclining sofa and recliner – all designed so the team has a place to relax, unwind and de-stress. All of the offices have wood framed doors with glass inserts, allowing natural light into the suite for the workstation area and interior offices. This provides an energetic and ecologically improved work environment and reduces energy costs.  So far, the plan is working.  Thanks to the new communication and conferencing system and extensive conference and meeting facilities, The TM Group will be able to cut their communication costs, improve corporate-wide communication and expand their collaborative environment.
