Microsoft just launched an online version of its popular customer relationship software Dynamics CRM that integrates with its enterprise resource planning/accounting software Dynamics GP.

This updated CRM launched in May 2010 includes portal accelerators, cloud-based developer tools and language support, signaling Microsoft’s intention to make Dynamics CRM Online more accessible to international markets and bi-lingual/multinational corporations.

The new integration framework will connect both on-premise and cloud versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010.
